South County Cheer is a youth cheerleading league built by coaches, for athletes.
Rooted in experience and guided by passion, our program is led by dedicated cheer coaches who understand the power of the sport—not just as performance, but as a pathway for personal growth.
At our core, we are athlete-centered. Every decision we make is focused on creating a positive, supportive, and challenging environment where young individuals can thrive. Through cheerleading, we go beyond skills and routines—we develop character.

Competition OpportunitieS
Competitions play a vital role in a youth cheerleading league, offering athletes the opportunity to showcase their hard work, dedication, and team spirit in a supportive and exciting environment. Beyond trophies and rankings, these events allow athletes to perform in front of judges and audiences which helps build confidence and encourages athletes to push their limits while learning how to handle both success and setbacks with grace. Competitions also foster a strong sense of unity, as teams come together to support one another and celebrate shared achievements. Ultimately, they transform practice into purpose, giving young cheerleaders meaningful experiences that inspire growth both on and off the mat.
South County Cheer Teams will have the opportunity to compete in two National tracks each season, working towards both American Youth Cheer Nationals in Kissimmee, Florida and Jamz Nationals in Las Vegas, Nevada.
